Orders ship 2-3 business days from time of purchase.
International jack orders ship in 3-4 days.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately with an anticipated shipment date.
Please inspect your order within 30 days to ensure it is complete & accurate.
Alpha Aviation Inc will not be held responsible for what happens with the packages once they have left our facility.
Alpha Aviation Inc will not be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. We ship to the address provided by you at the time of purchase, as it was entered by you. If a package needs to be redirected additional package fees will apply as we are charged by the carriers per package.
Alpha Aviation Inc will assist with tracking packages and working with the carrier to determine the location of delayed/lost packages.
If a package is not able to be located, Alpha Aviation Inc will replace said item(s) and place a claim.
If a package is received damaged, please contact Alpha Aviation Inc as soon as possible. Retain all items and packaging as the carrier may require photos.
Packages marked as delivered, but not in your possession:

- Check with your family members to make sure the boxes haven’t been moved from their normal “drop spot”.
- Check the tracking # to make sure the address provided is correct. The tracking # is provided when your order ships.
- Check with your neighbors to see if it wasn’t possibly delivered to the wrong house.
- Give it a day and see if it shows up.
- Call us and we will reach out to the carrier for assistance.
