An STC is not required to add harnesses in some models because their is either an already approved mounting location that can be used or the installation does not require any welding, drilling, riveting, etc that would trigger the need for an STC.

MINOR CHANGE STATEMENT

Restraint Assemblies are purchased separately from the Minor Change Kits with the exception of the Cessna 150, 150A thru K fronts and 172L thru Q, 172RG rears, both of which already include the hardware.
