STC SA04550CH (FAA - PMA)
The EFTP STC authorizes the removal of the engine driven fuel transfer pump, closing of the engine pump drive pad and mounting of an electric fuel transfer pump on the firewall of the aircraft. The existing fuel lines are rerouted from the engine pump to the firewall mounted electric fuel transfer pump. An electrical circuit equipped with fusing, switching and fuel transfer warning light is added for control and safety. The warning light is wired to alert the pilot any time the Master Switch is on, and fuel is not moving through the fuel transfer system.

FUEL PUMP PAD COVER w/gasket - if you are unable to source a fuel pump pad cover Alpha Aviation has the ability to produce one by your request. The purchaser will be required to review the resources available in our resources section (fuel pump pad cover resource documents) and, after determining that the information is complete and correct, provide Alpha Aviation with an email request that we fabricate the part at their direction. At that time Alpha Aviation will fabricate the part, ready for the purchaser to complete an inspection and apply any needed corrosion protection and/or finish as an Owner Produced Part.
