Returns on stock items are accepted as long as the item(s) is in re-saleable Condition. We will refund your purchase price, less shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

A TSO article (any TSO article, not just seat belts) cannot be modified or changed from the original engineering design data. If any TSO article is modified or changed, the TSO is invalid, the part is unairworthy, and is an unapproved part, which cannot be installed in any type certificated aircraft – period.
If the restraint assembly has been altered in any way - including but not limited to inserting rivets into the inertial reel frame - the item will not be refunded and it will be returned to you.
Special order Seat Belts are non-returnable & non-refundable
ALL belts MUST be returned with the original 8130-3 Airworthiness Certificate
All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid unless other arrangements have been made

If the product fails we will work with you to remedy the situation whether that be a replacement or returning the restraint to AmSafe for repair. AmSafe has a 3 Year Product Warranty on their parts.
