Who is Alpha Aviation?

Alpha Aviation is a family owned and operated FBO, founded in 1990. We like to think that we are a big player in a small market. We produced our first aircraft jacks in 1991 for use in our maintenance shop. We have been selling our jacks since 1995. Most models have been available for many years, with over 6,000 units in service in the United States and several countries around the world.

General FAQ's

I am going to be in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Is it possible to pick up the item(s) I wish to purchase?
Yes. Please contact us first by calling us at 1-800-653-5512 or emailing us at Our home base is Burnsville, and we work from Fleming Field in South St. Paul, but we warehouse and ship most of our products from Owatonna. MN Sales Tax will be applied.

How do you ship your products?
UPS, UPS-Supply Chain Solutions (International) or US Postal Service. FedEx is available upon request.

I have my own shipping account. Do you ship Freight Collect?
Yes. We can certainly ship on your account.

I want to purchase an item and have it shipped to another location. Do you drop ship?
Yes, we do. No extra charge.

What Payment Methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal and American Express. Wire Transfers are preferred on larger International Shipments.

Do you ship C.O.D?
We no longer accept C.O.D orders.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Aircraft Jacks generally ship via UPS–Supply Chain Solutions. Smaller items ship via the US Postal Service unless you prefer another carrier.

I am not in the USA. What types of payment do you accept?
On orders above $1,000.00 we prefer a Wire Transfer or PayPal. The item(s) will ship as soon as the funds have cleared.

What is your return policy?
Returns on stock items are accepted as long as the item(s) is in re-saleable condition. We will refund your purchase price, less shipping. Special order Seat Belts are non-returnable & non-refundable. ALL belts MUST be returned with the original 8130-3 Airworthiness Certificate enclosed. All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid. What kind of warranty do you offer?
100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return the item(s) within 30 days. 1 Year Product Warranty. If the product fails, we will ship you a replacement. Please contact us at 1-800-653-5112 before returning an item.
